These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Weekly Fishing Reports (“Product”) provided by Fishing4Dummies (“Company”). By purchasing and using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Product Description: The Weekly Fishing Reports provide fishing information, tips, and recommendations for the given lake. The reports are delivered on a weekly basis via email or through the Fishing4Dummies website.
  2. Subscription: By purchasing the Product, you are granted a non-transferable and non-exclusive subscription to access the Weekly Fishing Reports for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date.
  3. Use of Information: The information provided in the Weekly Reports is for general informational purposes only. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information. It is your responsibility to independently verify the information and make decisions based on your own judgment and expertise.
  4. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in the Weekly Fishing Reports belong to the Company. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the reports solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the reports without the Company’s prior written consent.

By purchasing and accessing the Weekly Fishing Reports, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please do not purchase or use the Product.

Kindly take note that the service will be made available for 45 weeks out of the total 52 weeks in a year. In addition to the Weekly Video Reports, Daily Videos will be provided 2-3 times per week. Subscriptions/membership accounts will be renewed automatically on a monthly basis.
